All passengers taking inbound flights to China from overseas will be required to have a nucleic acid test within five days before their flights in an effort to curb the cross-border spread of COVID-19 and ensure the safety of international travel, said the country's top civil aviation regulator.

中國最高民航監管部門表示，爲確保國際旅行健康安全，降低疫情跨境傳播風險，搭乘航班來華的乘客需在登機前5天內完成核酸檢測。

週二，民航局（Civil Aviation Administration of China）、海關總署（General Administration of Customs）、外交部聯合發佈公告表示，搭乘來華航班的中、外籍乘客（overseas travelers）需在中國駐外使館指定或認可的醫療機構（medical institutions）進行核酸檢測（take the nucleic acid test）。
公告指出，中國籍（Chinese citizens）乘客要通過防疫（epidemic prevention）健康碼國際版小程序拍照（take photos）上傳核酸檢測陰性證明（upload the nucleic acid test results）。外國籍乘客憑核酸檢測陰性證明（negative test result）向中國使領館（Chinese embassy）申辦健康狀況聲明書（apply for a declaration of health status）。
有關航空公司（airlines）負責在登機前查驗健康碼狀態（check the health QR code）和健康狀況聲明書（health declaration）。不符合相關要求的乘客不能登機（denied boarding）。各航空公司應嚴格履行查驗手續。
公告說，乘客提供虛假證明和信息（false certificates and information），須承擔相應法律責任（bear the corresponding legal liabilities）。
