週三，北京市人民檢察院（People's Procuratorate）依法向北京市第二中級人民法院（Intermediate People's Court）提起公訴（file the charge）。開庭日期（trial date）尚未確定。
檢察機關在審查起訴（examination and prosecution）階段依法告知了被告人享有的訴訟權利，並訊問（interrogate）了被告人（defendant），聽取了辯護人（legal defender）的意見。
