調查顯示 超六成職場人認爲跳槽是加薪的有效方法
A survey by China Youth Daily has revealed that 67.1% of people see better pay as the primary incentive when applying for new jobs.
《中國青年報》近日開展的一項調查顯示,67.1%的人將更好的待遇視爲跳槽的主要動力。Of 2,000 respondents, 64.6% said they were considering finding a new job. A total of 65.5% believed job-hopping was an effective way to gain a salary increase.

About 71.2% of employees with a monthly salary between 15,000 yuan and 30,000 yuan were considering new job opportunities.
