Story of a Tree 樹的故事

        Once there was a family living in a cabin under a huge tree. When the windblew heavily, the tree protected the cabin from the strong wind. One day, the man wanted to build another house and cut downmany trees including the big tree in front of his cabin. The family rebuilt their cabin and built another house with the woodthat the man had cut. But their happy days didn't stay long. When a heavy wind came, without any protection, the roofs of thehouses were blown off. How sad they were! Then they realized how wrong they had done. They shouldn't have cut down thetree.
        從前一棵大樹下住着一戶人家。大風猛烈吹襲時，大樹可以保護小屋。一天，這家主人想再建一座房子。他砍了許多樹，也包括門前的這棵大樹。一家人用他砍得的木頭重建了小屋井建了一座新屋。可是好日子並沒持續很久。一陣大風襲來，由於沒有任何保護，房子的屋頂都被吹掀了。他們好難過呀!這時他們意識到他們做的錯事。他們不該砍了那棵樹。

The family rebuilt their shabby cabin and built another house using the wood he were happy to live in the new houses when suddenly a strong wind came and blew away the roofs. They ran out of thehouses and began to realize how important the tree used to be to them. How regretful they were!
       從前在一棵大樹下住着一戶人家。大樹可以保護小屋免受大風吹襲。一天，這家主人想再建一座房子。他砍了許多樹，也包括門前的這棵大樹。一家人用他砍得的木頭重建了破舊小屋並又建了一座房子。他們很高興住到新房子裏。突然，一陣大風襲來，吹掀了屋頂。他們跑出房子，開始意識到那棵大樹曾經對他們有多重要。他們真後悔呀!
