現代人才的定義Modern Concepts of Talent

As the society changes rapidly, many thingswill change soon afterwards. It is said that having only oneadvantage is not enough to come off first in this highly competitive times. Therefore,more appropriate description of a talent is one characterized by his or hermastery of at least two kinds of professional skills, besides having acomprehensive grasp of expertise. What do you think about the other two skillswould be except their expertise. In my opinion, it would be communication skilland personal quality.

隨着社會的快速變化，許多東西都會隨之改變。也就是說，只有一個專長在這個高度競爭的時代是不足以脫穎而出的。因此，對人才更恰當的描述是除了全面掌握一種專業知識外還要掌握至少兩種以上的專業技能。除了專業知識之外，你覺得另外兩個技能是什麼。在我看來，這就是溝通技巧和個人素質。

First of all, communication skill isnecessary in every part. Every position needs its own specific requirement. Ifyou can sit on that position, you must have mastered that professional yone will be the same for this point. But communication skill is alsoanother indispensable skill, which not everyone can do it. You can’t only workwith quiet hard application, because you have to cooperate with your colleaguesand your leader and maybe your customer. If you handle all these well, you musthave more chance to get promotion than others.

首先，溝通技巧對於方方面面都是有必要的。每個崗位都需要其自己的專業要求。如果你能夠坐在那個崗位上，你肯定是掌握了該專業技能的。這一點上每個人都是一樣的。但溝通能力卻是另一個不可或缺的技能，這並不是每個人都能做得到的。你不能只是埋頭苦幹，因爲你還得和你的同事和領導還可能是客戶合作。如果你能把所有的事情處理好，你肯定會比別人獲得更多的晉升機會。 

Secondly, personal quality is anotherimportant factor. As the modern people are more and more capable, the publicalways put more attention on their personal quality. Everyone wants to makefriends or employs a person with good quality. A good quality person can makeothers feel comfortable and trust him. No matter in any situation, the peoplewith good quality must be more thought highly of.

 其次，個人素質也是很重要的因素。由於現代人越來越有能力，大家總是把更多的注意力放在他們的個人素質上。每個人都想和素質高的人交朋友或做員工。一個素質高的人可以使別人感到舒服並且信任。不管在任何情況下，高素質的人都是獲得比較高的評價的。

In general, as the definition of moderntalent has change. We need to chase the trends. Pay more attention oncommunication skill and personal accomplishment. It must be fit for the need ofthe current society.

總的來說，現代人才的定義已經變了。我們需要跟上潮流。多留意溝通技能和個人素質肯定是符合當今社會的需要的。
