網絡學歷工廠一條龍生產假文憑

An illegal trade in fake diplomas and certificate validation has been uncovered by a special investigation by China's Workers' Daily.

《中國工人日報》最近一場特殊調查，曝光了一個假文憑、假證書的非法交易網絡。

A reporter from the media organization typed in 'Diploma Purchases' into a search engine and found more than 100 groups listed as offering such services on the Chinese chat service, QQ.

該報社一名記者在搜索引擎上輸入“買文憑”之後，發現上百個組織都在中國聊天室服務QQ上提供這種服務。

Posing as a buyer, the journalist approached a number of them at random.

於是該記者假裝成買家，隨便接近了幾個售賣假文憑的人。

One seller, calling himself 'Teacher Wang' advised that a graduation diploma and a degree certificate from a full-time average Chinese university would cost around 650 yuan (US$96).

一位自稱“王老師”的賣家表示，購買全日制大學雙證大概要花650元人民幣（約合96美元）。

He added that a fake diploma, which can be found on certificate validation websites, could be purchased for between 12,000 to 18,000 yuan, depending on the ranking and level of the university.

他還表示，在學歷檢驗網站上能夠查到的假文憑售價在1.2萬到1.8萬元之間，具體價格根據學校的排名和水平而定。

Language capability certificates and accreditation for computer proficiency are also included in this forgery business.

他們售賣的假冒證件還包括語言能力證書和計算機能力認證。

The seller told the reporter that the company can get diplomas for almost all of the colleges in Beijing, with only a few of the elite institutions as exceptions. He said he had been engaged in this business for more than 10 years, and sold up to sixty diplomas each month.

賣家告訴記者，除了少數名校以外，他們公司幾乎可以得到北京所有大學的文憑。他表示，自己已經從事這項業務超過10年，每月都要賣出60個文憑。

"The majority of those buying the phony diplomas are job-seekers who believe the fake paperwork will give them an edge in the job market, which has made such counterfeiting a lucrative business," said Li Ning, a lawyer of Tianjin Guopeng Law Firm.

天津國鵬律師事務所的李寧律師表示：“大多數購買假文憑的都是求職者，他們認爲假文憑能夠讓自己在就業市場具有優勢，從而使得造假行業有利可圖。”

Lei Siming, a lawyer from Beijing Zhengheng Law Firm, pointed out the government should tighten the effort in cracking down counterfeiting actions. Meanwhile, the education administrative departments have been urged to increase supervision, and encourage the community to report any false diploma cases.

北京正恆律師事務所的雷思明律師指出，政府應該加強對造假行業的打擊。與此同時，他還敦促教育行政部門加大監督力度、鼓勵社會舉報虛假學歷案件。
