商務寒暄中英文對話

初次見面,一般採用握手的禮節。握手者雙目注視對方,微笑,問候,致意,不要看第三者或顯得心不在焉。除了關係親近的人可以長久地把手握在一起外,一般都是握一下即可。上下級之間,上級伸手後,下級才能接握;主人與客人之間,主人宜主動伸手;男女之間,女方伸手後,男方纔能伸手相握;當然,如果男方爲長者,則遵照前面所說的方法。

不要使自己有緊盯或逼視對方的樣子,才被認爲有禮貌。與人談話時,不要用手指指人,不宜與對方離得太遠或太近。不要過於興奮,過多的手勢會被認爲不得體。

對女士衣飾可予以讚揚,但不要問人家是花多少錢買來的等問題。

要牢記對方的姓名和職位。

爲使交談進行下去,可以開始純屬交際性的談話,如天氣等,這在很多國家都是可行的。

要把在座的每一個人都介紹到。除了介紹名字之外,提供一些個人背景情況,有助於介紹雙方進一步交談。
