My focus is not on the time I spend at work,but the results I'm expeted to produce.

對我而言，重要的不是工作所花的時間，而是產生我所期望的結果。

I'm extremely result-oriented.

我是個非常重視結果的人，

I'm willing to invest whatever time it takes to produce the results.

爲了取得成果，我不在乎投入多少時間。

筆者曾經提到過，有些人認爲外企不加班，這是誤解。面試時，不可以給出“我不打算加班”之類的答案。可以說明自己不在乎工作時間的長短，而看重工作結果。
