[qh]1.“card”在這裏表示“名片”,相當於“business card”。另外,生活中常用的“卡”還有: identity card(身份證,亦可寫作ID card)。membership card(會員卡),bank card(銀行卡),credit card( 信用卡),debit card(借記卡),key card(鑰匙卡)等。[qh]
2.“extension”在本對話中的意思是“電話分機,分機線”,例如:She has an extension in the kitchen and in the bedroom.(她在廚房和臥室裏都有電話分機。)Do you know Mr. Brown's extension number?(你知道布朗先生的分機號碼嗎?)Can I have extension 316,please?(能請你幫我轉316分機嗎?)Hello,I'd like extension 207,please.(你好,請幫我轉207分機。)[qh]
1.客人要找的負責人不在時,要明確告訴對方你方負責人爲何不在,以及何時回來。如有需要,則要請客人留下姓名、電話、地址等,以便聯繫。此外,還要明確客人是否再來,是否需要留言等。[qh]
2.客人到來時,若你方負責人由於某種原因不能馬上接見,要向客人說明等待理由與等待時間,若客人願意等待,則應該向客人提供飲料、雜誌等,並應留意爲客人添加或更換飲料。[qh]
3.爲客人領路時,應該有正確的引導方法。[qh]
①走廊裏的引導方法[qh]
走在客人兩三步之前,配合其步調,讓客人走在內側。[qh]
②樓梯裏的引導方法[qh]
當引導客人上樓時,應該讓客人走在前面,自己走在後面;若是下樓時,應該由自己走在前面,客人走在後面。隨時注意客人的安全。[qh]
③乘坐電梯的引導方法[qh]
引導客人乘坐電梯時,主動按電梯呼梯按鈕。電梯門打開時,若客人不止一人,可自己先行進入電梯,一手按住“開門”按鈕,另一手按住電梯一側門,請客人們進入電梯,之後關閉電梯門,按下客人要去的樓層按鈕。在電梯內儘量側身面對客人。電梯到達時,一手按住“開門”按鈕,另一手做出請出的動作,可以說“Here we are, You first.”。[qh]
④會客廳裏的引導方法進入會客廳後,用手指示,請客人坐下。看到客人坐定後,才能行點頭禮然後離開。如果客人錯坐下座,應請客人改坐上座。[qh]
4.在招待客人飲料時,要注意很多講究和規矩。通常先要問客人想喝什麼,然後再去準備。[qh]
